The MarForm MMQ 100 offers superior accuracy
in a rugged, shop floor hardened package. In combination with
the EasyForm Software it represents the perfect solution for
simple yet powerful measuring tasks and is the simplest to use
roundness gage on the market. The MarForm MMQ 100 features a
touch screen user interface (no keyboard or mouse required),
precise and fast measurement results, fast workpiece alignment,
centering and tilting screws for rough and fine adjustment, and
is suitable for use in workshop since no compressed air
connection is required.
- Roundness (also in a sector)
- Flatness (out of one circle)
- Concentricity
- Coaxiality
- Radial run-out
- Axial run-out
- Circular parallelism of top and bottom
faces

MarSurf LD 120
|
- Roughness and contour in
a single stroke You need only half the time and
your work is faster, more reliable and more
efficient. With just one measurement, you have
all the results for roughness and contour
characteristics at a glance. So you have more
time for other things.
- State-of-the-art laser
technology for small tolerances The integrated
special laser interferometer provides pinpoint
accuracy over a broad measuring range and at
maximum resolution. You can process jobs with
low tolerances and thus tackle new challenges
head-on.
- Innovative tracing arm
concept for maximum stability The tracing arms,
which have been designed using bridge-building
techniques, ensure maximum rigidity,
low-oscillation measurements and unwavering
precision. So you can build your own bridges -
to new dimensions of flexibility.
- Tracing arms with
magnetic connection The magnetic mount ensures
excellent system protection and a long service
life.

- Pocket-sized economically priced,
completely portable instrument which performs traceable surface
roughness measurements on a wide variety of surfaces; can be
used confidently in production, on the shop floor and in the
laboratory
- Solidly built, with a durable cast
aluminum housing, to provide years of accurate, reliable surface
finish gaging.
- Can be used to measure any one of four,
switchselectable, parameters: Ra , Rmax/Ry , Rz.
- Selectable traverse length 1, 3 or 5
cut-offs of 0.8 mm/ .030 in
- Operates in any position: horizontal,
vertical, and upside down
- Four switchable probe positions: axial
(folded) or at 90°, 180°, or 270°
- Even difficult-to-reach surfaces such as
inside and outside diameters are accessible.
- Integrated data output for SPC-processing
units that is compatible with the most common data processing
systems.
- Easy-to-read LCD readout presents the
measured roughness value, in microinches or micrometers, within
half a second after the surface is traversed.
- Out-of-range (high or low) and battery
low signals are also displayed.

832 Dimensionair®
|
|
The new 832 Digital Dimensionair®
air gaging system incorporates the advanced 832 Digital
Electronic Amplifier for increased measuring flexibility and
productivity. The new product is also compatible with a wider
range of air gage tooling than the Digital Dimensionair which it
replaces.
In keeping with the high resolution and
repeatability of air gaging, the 832 Digital Dimensionair is
extremely accurate and may be used for high- and
low-magnification applications. A full line of standard and
customized tooling, including taper plugs, straightness plugs,
squareness fixtures, and flatness fixtures, may be purchased
from Mahr Federal. A differential version of the system is
available for match gaging applications.
The 832 Digital Dimensionair is shop-floor
ready and easy-to-use for fast, accurate in-process
measurements. The large readout is capable of displaying
information in a digital or analog format. A wide range of
keypad accessible features includes tolerances, presets, actual
values, etc.
Features like auto-calibration, auto-zero
and master offset calibration make the unit exceptionally easy
to set up and use. The unit will output a signal to activate
warning lights and other equipment. The user can switch readily
between English and metric units.
